Please register first before bidding as you require a registration number which will be emailed to you within 24hours. Registration is only required once. You may bid on as many artworks as you wish as many times as you wish. The bids will be administered manually as the bids are received.

Bids in US dollars with the bidder's registration number will be displayed with each image within 24 hours of the receipt of an online bid form. Bids will be accepted in the order that they were received.

Winners will be the bidders with the highest bid on the last day of the auction. All winnning bidders will be notified within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payments must be received within a week of the auction closing.

Receipts will be provided by the relief agencies who have 501(3)(c) non-profit charitable staus and the donations may be deductible to the full extent allowable by law. However it is the responsibility of the winning bidders to have the work appraised and consult with their tax advisers.

Please send a stamped address envelope with insurance or registered mail forms as desired to received the artwork which will be sent out within 3 working days of the receipt of the envelope.

NB. All artworks must not be reproduced, loaned, copied, televised, publicly displayed, used for advertising, or any other commercial use without express written permission of the artist. The use of any of these images whole or in part as artist's reference or in computerized images is specifically prohibited. All rights to the images of the artwork and copyright of the work remain the property of the artists.
